Wet ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 bananas
Dry ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Plus either cooking spray or muffin tin aka cupcake liners
Optional extras: Baker’s extract, Mix-ins of choice (like chocolate chips or walnuts)
