Produce: 3 bell peppers, 1 lb roma tomatoes, ½ lb red onion, 1 lemon (for juice), ½ cucumber*
Meat: 8 oz leftover or rotisserie chicken breast
Dairy: ½ cup feta crumbles + more for garnish, 5 oz greek yogurt*
Seasonings: Olive oil, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Thyme, Dill*
*starred ingredients are only for the tzatziki sauce
