Meat: 1.25 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Produce: 1 lb broccoli, 1.5 lb gold potatoes
Dairy: 8 oz cheddar cheese, ½ cup sour cream
Inside aisles: 1 can chicken broth, 3 tablespoons corn starch (can reduce to 2 for oven cooking), 1 tablespoon garlic powder, ½ tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper
