Philly Cheesesteaks are a delicious dinner, and made in the slow cooker they're very easy too! Anne talks through making Susan's recipe along with some of the ways it's flexible, and reheating the leftovers so they're super tasty.
The full printable recipe is linked above, but if you're making your grocery list here's what you'll need:
Meat/Cold: 1.5 lbs shaved beef (less is okay too, it'll just be heavier on the veggies) and provolone cheese (or cheeze whiz)
Veggies: 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 green, or your choice), 1 medium onion, 1 cup mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Spices: Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, salt & pepper, olive oil (optional)
Bread: Don't forget the hoagie rolls!
