When you think of steak and peppers, odds are good you think of a dish that uses soy sauce. This is an Italian style version that leans on Italian seasoning and diced tomatoes instead. Most importantly, it's delicious AND easy- this is a dump and go style crock pot meal. Anne talks through how to make it, as well as ways to prep it ahead and how to use your instant pot instead if you're short on time.

Meat: One pound trimmed steak (any cut)
Veggies: A medium onion, bell pepper (I like red, but use your favorite!), and a 14-15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
Seasonings: Olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Recommended sides: egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes
