If you love bacon, and avocado, and pasta, you're in for a treat. This simple pasta dish uses all three, plus some other favorites like tomatoes and garlic for a delicious but easy meal. While we do have a bit of chopping it goes pretty quickly, and you can do it on the fly if it doesn't stress you out to race the pan.
The full printable recipe is linked above, but if you're making your grocery list here's what you'll need:
Meat/Dairy: 4 slices bacon (uncooked), 1 cup parmesan cheese
Produce: Garlic, 2 tomatoes, avocado, lime (for juicing), basil (fresh or dried)
Inside aisles: 8 oz dry pasta, basil (ignore if you're using fresh)
