Rinse and scrub potatoes. Slice into ½" thick rounds and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
Use a pastry brush to brush tops of potatoes with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Top potatoes with parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until slices are fork tender and parmesan is golden brown. Enjoy!

If you don't have a pastry brush you can place the potatoes, oil, and seasonings in a zip top bag or bowl and coat that way before arranging on the baking pan.For a convection oven or air fryer, reduce cooking time to 14-18 minutes.For more crispy potatoes, soak sliced potatoes in cold water and pat dry before adding oil and seasonings.
