Roasted Parmesan Garlic Potato Slices

These simple parmesan roasted potatoes are sliced, seasoned, and topped with cheese for an easy side dish any night of the week.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs potatoes
  • 1.5 oz parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Rinse and scrub potatoes. Slice into ½" thick rounds and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  • Use a pastry brush to brush tops of potatoes with oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Top potatoes with parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until slices are fork tender and parmesan is golden brown. Enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have a pastry brush you can place the potatoes, oil, and seasonings in a zip top bag or bowl and coat that way before arranging on the baking pan.
For a convection oven or air fryer, reduce cooking time to 14-18 minutes.
For more crispy potatoes, soak sliced potatoes in cold water and pat dry before adding oil and seasonings.
