Rainbow Fruit Platter with Yogurt Dip

This rainbow fruit platter is a fun and easy way to serve fruit at breakfast, brunch, or for a fun snack!

Ingredients
  

Fruit Rainbow

  • 1 cup strawberries About 5-6 large berries
  • 2 ea clementines
  • 1 ea banana
  • ½ cup grapes sliced in half
  • cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries

Clouds

  • 5 oz greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice produce.
  • Starting with your red fruit, create an arch from the top of your display board down the sides, leaving room at the bottom for your "clouds". Repeat with your orange, yellow, green, blue, and indigo/violet fruits.
  • Stir together yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Divide into two small bowls and place at the bottom of either side of your rainbow. Enjoy!
