Equipment

  • Baking Sheet nonstick

  • Pizza Cutter Kitchen Scissors
  • Kitchen knife to slice toppings
  • Cheese grater if needed

Ingredients
  

  • 2 naan flatbread
  • cup ranch dressing
  • 4 oz mozzarella shredded
  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast diced
  • 4 strips cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 green onion sliced, greens only

Instructions
 

  • Place flatbread on a nonstick baking sheet, and preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Spread 2 tablespoon ranch dressing on each naan flatbread, and top with 2 oz mozzarella cheese per flatbread.
    ⅓ cup ranch dressing, 4 oz mozzarella
  • Evenly spread the diced chicken and bacon on top of the cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
    4 oz cooked chicken breast, 4 strips cooked bacon
  • Cut each flatbread into four slices, and top with a drizzle of remaining ranch and the green onions. Enjoy!
