Asian Steak Bites

This 3-4 ingredient meal uses store bought Gyoza sauce for a quick and easy asian inspired sheet pan dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak cut bite sized
  • 8 oz mushrooms quartered
  • ½ cup gyoza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil optional if your gyoza sauce has oil in the top 3 ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Cut steak and mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Mix with gyoza sauce and oil and allow to marinate 10-20 minutes while preheating the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Transfer steak and mushroom mixture to a sheet pan in a single layer. Cook 8 minutes in preheated oven, then put oven on broil setting for 1-2 minutes to crisp up.
  • Rest for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!

Notes

To make this in the air fryer, reduce cooking time to 6 minutes. For smaller air fryers you may need to cook in batches to have a single layer.
