This tender tri tip roast takes just a few minutes to prepare and is a true dump and go meal, perfect for busy days.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Tri Tip
  • 14 oz Beef Broth
  • 1 lb Baby Carrots
  • 1 ea Large Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Trim and season roast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  • Slice onion and combine remaining ingredients in the slow cooker: broth, worcestershire, and vegetables.
  • Top with roast and cook on low for 6-10 hours. Serve and enjoy!

For a slice style roast, use the lower end of the cooking time. For fall-apart meat, cook 10 hours on low.
