Open turkey packaging, drain excess liquid from the meat, and discard gravy packet. Place the turkey in your slow cooker.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Pour over the turkey breast.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours, or HIGH for 3 hours, until the meat reaches 170 degrees F in the thickest part.
Slice and serve. Slices can be dipped in the liquid at the bottom of the crock pot if desired.

For more consistent color, rotate the turkey breast about ⅔ into cooking to allow the maple honey mixture more contact with both sides.If your turkey breast doesn't allow your lid to seat properly, you can use aluminum foil to cover the slow cooker.
