This easy Crock Pot Ham, Green Beans, and Potatoes recipe is full of savory flavor and requires minimal hands-on preparation. Perfect for family dinners any night of the week.
If you have a leftover ham bone or ham hocks, add that and water to the bottom of your slow cooker. Otherwise, substitute a broth or stock.
Dice ham, onion, and potatoes into bite size pieces. Add them to the crock pot.
If using fresh green beans, trim and cut them to bite sized. Add green beans and seasonings on top of the other ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
