Meatloaf Sliders are a tasty and easy way to use up meatloaf leftovers! They feature Hawaiian rolls, a tangy-sweet sauce, hearty leftover meatloaf, and crunchy fried onions. Serve them for your next game day, cocktail party, or with your favorite sides for a quick weeknight dinner.
Mix together meatloaf sauce components if you don't have leftover sauce.
Slice slider rolls in half lengthwise and melt butter. Mix garlic powder into butter and coat both sides of the rolls, and place them on a lined baking tray.
Reheat meatloaf in skillet or microwave so that it is warm to the touch. Divide into portions that fit on your slider rolls.
Top each meatloaf portion with about a tablespoon of sauce. Toast slider buns in an oven or toaster oven at 350 F for 5-7 minutes, until bread is lightly toasted and sauce warmed.
Add about a tablespoon of fried onions on top of each slider for crunch, then place tops onto sliders. Enjoy!

Notes
For a different flavor profile with less prep work, your favorite BBQ sauce can be used in place of the meatloaf sauce.
