These easy tri tip nachos add leftovver steak, and cheese sauce to a bed of tortilla chips, then top with BBQ sauce and sour cream for a delicious and casual meal.
Preheat oven to 350 F and line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange tortilla chips on pan and cut tri tip into bite sized pieces.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the cheddar cheese into the milk, whisking continuously until you have a smooth and creamy sauce. Immediately pour over prepared tortilla chips.
Top cheesy chips evenly with tri tip and bake for 5-10 minutes, until meat is warm. While in the oven chop green onions and any other desired toppings.
Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream, bbq sauce, green onions, and enjoy!
