Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine until just well-mixed.
Portion the meat mixture into 16 segments by dividing it in half repeatedly. Roll each of the 16 portions into a ball with wet hands and place on a greased or nonstick baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are lightly golden brown and reach an internal temperature of at least 160°F.
