Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

This easy blend and serve smoothie is inspired by the Tropical Smoothie Cafe favorite.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries 5-6 berries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ ea banana
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoon water a splash to start blending

Instructions
 

  • Wash your berries and measure out your ingredients.
  • Combine all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

If using frozen fruit, reduce ice to ¼ cup and add ⅓ cup water. You may need additional water depending on how much ice accompanies your frozen fruit.
For a smoothie bowl, omit the water (except a small amount if needed to get your blender to catch) and use all frozen fruit.
