Wash your berries and measure out your ingredients.

If using frozen fruit, reduce ice to ¼ cup and add ⅓ cup water. You may need additional water depending on how much ice accompanies your frozen fruit.For a smoothie bowl, omit the water (except a small amount if needed to get your blender to catch) and use all frozen fruit.
