A fast and easy dinner, coating tilapia with lemon juice and oil before dredging in a simple parmesan and breadcrumb blend makes this a simple but flavorful meal.
Pat fish dry and preheat air fryer to 350 F. Mix lemon juice and olive oil and spread lightly on both sides of each fish filet, and oil on air fryer surface if desired.
Combine remaining ingredients on a plate or in a shallow bowl, and dredge each filet on both sides.
Cook in air fryer for 5-6 minutes, or until fish reaches 145 degrees. Enjoy!
