Easy Crescent Sandwiches

All it takes is leftover (or deli) meat, crescent rolls, and cheese to whip up an easy lunch that mixes up the usual sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package crescent rolls 8 count
  • 8 oz pastrami
  • 3 oz provolone

Instructions
 

  • Lightly grease a baking sheet and preheat oven to 350 F. Open crescent rolls and lay out the 8 triangles.
  • Top the widest section of each dough roll with a slice or two of meat, and ⅓ to ½ a slice of cheese.
  • Roll up from widest to thinnest end. Bake 18-20 minutes, until rolls are golden brown. Serve with mustard or preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

Place cheese in the middle of the rolls so it isn't close to the edges to reduce how much melts onto the baking tray.
